Great location in Southport with wonderful helpful staff, courtesy car, clean laundry and showers. Unfortunately the pump out station was not working for the three days that I was there. They might consider having a back up, portable pump for this type of emergency. I will still highly recommend it as a stop over with amenities. It is close to the historical downtown with restaurants, shops and a wonderful Maritme Museum within walking distance.
